Glass is the first thing anyone judges.
We clean shopfronts, atriums, internal partitions and external glazing to roughly three storeys across South East Queensland, using deionised pure-water poles so glass dries spot-free without ladders. Frames, tracks and sills are part of the scope, and coastal sites get a tighter cycle because salt spray doesn't wait.
Glass, frames, tracks and sills — not just the middle of the pane.
Shopfront and entry glass
Both faces, plus door frames, push plates, handles and the entry mat line where fingerprints collect fastest.
External glazing
Pure-water pole cleaning to three storeys — no ladders, no spotting, no detergent residue attracting dust back onto the pane.
Internal partitions
Office glass walls, meeting-room fronts, balustrades and reception screens, cleaned without streaking on the low-iron finishes.
Frames, tracks and sills
Vacuumed and wiped, because grit in the track is what scratches glass and jams the door six months later.
Atriums and voids
Internal high-level glass reached with poles or an approved elevated platform, with a documented SWMS for the space.
Post-build de-labelling
Sticker and silicone removal, paint speck scraping and haze polish on new glazing at handover stage.
Access decided before the quote, not on the day.
Most window jobs go wrong on access, not technique. We record height, setback, ground surface, restricted zones and whether a lift can be positioned — before quoting — so the crew that arrives can actually reach the glass on the day.
Access survey
Heights, setbacks, obstructions and safe anchor or platform positions recorded during the site walk.
Cycle set
Frequency chosen per elevation — customer-facing glass more often than the loading-dock side.
Scheduled visits
Fixed calendar with a reminder to your site contact, so nobody has to chase a booking.
Sign-off
Completion noted on the schedule; anything missed is re-cleaned within 48 hours at no charge.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Shopfronts and customer-facing glass are usually cleaned weekly or fortnightly. Office external glazing is typically quarterly, or monthly in coastal Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast locations where salt spray builds faster.
What is pure-water pole cleaning?
Deionised water is fed through a carbon-fibre pole and brush to reach glass up to about three storeys from the ground. Because the water carries no minerals, it dries without spotting and needs no squeegee, which removes the need for ladders on most low-rise buildings.
Do you clean high-rise windows?
We cover internal glazing at any height and external glazing to roughly three storeys with pure-water poles. Above that we coordinate a licensed rope-access or swing-stage partner and manage the works under one contract.
Can window cleaning go on our cleaning contract?
Yes. It's one of the most common additions to a maintenance program — the cost is spread across the year and the visits are already in the calendar.
