When a site has to be safe by morning.
We provide scheduled and emergency disinfection for medical practices, childcare centres, schools, aged care and food premises across South East Queensland. TGA-listed hospital-grade products are applied at label dilution and held at their stated contact time, backed by electrostatic fogging where coverage matters, and every visit leaves a documented record.
Clinical-grade process, documented for your compliance file.
High-touch disinfection
Handles, rails, switches, benches, keypads, toys, shared equipment and waiting-room furniture — the transmission surfaces, cleaned then disinfected.
Electrostatic fogging
Charged droplets wrap around surfaces and reach shadowed areas wiping can't, applied after detergent cleaning rather than instead of it.
Clinical and treatment rooms
Chairs, beds, trolleys, splashbacks and clinical waste areas handled under the same protocols your practice already follows.
Outbreak response
Gastro, influenza, hand-foot-and-mouth and COVID response with a scaled crew, correct PPE and a documented isolation-then-release process.
Colour-coded systems
Separate cloths and mops per zone so a bathroom microfibre never touches a kitchen bench. Standard on every disinfection site.
Documented evidence
Product used, dilution, contact time, areas covered and operator, signed and emailed — the record an auditor or a worried parent will ask for.
Clean first. Disinfect second. Record everything.
Disinfectant applied to a soiled surface is neutralised before it works. Our protocol is fixed: detergent clean, then a listed disinfectant at correct dilution held for the full label contact time, then fogging where the space warrants it — and a written record of all three.
Risk and zone map
We identify high-touch surfaces, transmission paths and zones needing separate equipment before the first visit.
Detergent clean
Organic soil removed mechanically so the disinfectant reaches the surface it is meant to act on.
Listed disinfection
TGA-listed product at label dilution, held for full contact time. Fogging applied where coverage is critical.
Record and release
Signed log with product, dilution, contact time and areas covered; site released back for use.
How fast can you respond to an outbreak?
Outbreak disinfection is usually on site within 24 hours across South East Queensland, and same-day where a crew is already in the area. Childcare, medical and aged-care sites are prioritised.
What disinfectants do you use?
TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectants matched to the pathogen and the surface, applied at label dilution and held at the stated contact time. Safety data sheets are supplied for every product used on your site.
Is electrostatic fogging effective?
It is effective as a second step, not a first one. Fogging wraps charged droplets around surfaces and reaches areas wiping misses, but it does not remove organic soil — so we always clean surfaces with detergent first, then fog.
Do you work in medical and childcare settings?
Yes. Crews working on education and childcare sites hold Queensland Blue Cards, and medical sites are serviced under infection-control protocols agreed with the practice manager.
