A cleaning company built around the handover, not the sales call.
National Cleaning Alliance is a commercial cleaning contractor working across South East Queensland. We were started by people who had spent years watching contracts win on price and fail on turnover — so we built the company around the part everyone else skips: a written scope, the same crew every night, and an audit you get to read.
Four positions we've never traded away to win a contract.
Scope it in writing
If a task isn't on the scope with a frequency next to it, nobody can be held to it. Every contract starts as a document, not a handshake.
Price it once
One fixed monthly figure that includes the periodic work. Hourly creep and surprise invoices are a business model, and it isn't ours.
Staff it properly
Above-award pay, crews assigned to sites, and enough hours in the roster to actually complete the scope we sold you.
Audit it out loud
Quarterly written audits scored against your scope and sent to you — including the lines we failed.
We pay above award, and it shows up in the floors.
The cleaning industry's real problem is churn. Underpay a cleaner and they leave in six weeks, taking every piece of site knowledge with them — where the spare keys live, which room the auditor always checks, which tenant works late on Thursdays.
We pay above award, assign crews to sites rather than shifts, and train on your scope before the first clean. It costs us more per hour. It costs you less per year, because we're not re-learning your building every quarter.
Police-checked, every one
Current National Police Check before the first shift, no exceptions, including short-term relief staff.
Blue Cards for education
Anyone working on a school, campus or childcare site holds a current Queensland Blue Card.
Trained on your scope
Site induction and a walk-through of your specific task list before a cleaner works unsupervised.
Uniformed and identifiable
Branded uniform and photo ID on every shift, so your staff and security always know who's in the building.
The paperwork, supplied before you ask for it.
Every quote arrives with the compliance pack attached, and it's refreshed automatically when a document expires — so your contractor register stays current without anyone chasing us.
$20M public liability
Workers compensation
SWMS
SDS register
Chemical training records
Incident reporting
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
Employed staff, paid above award and covered by WorkCover Queensland. Crews are assigned to sites rather than shifts, so the same people clean your building each time and site knowledge stays in the building.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Every cleaner holds a current National Police Check before their first shift, with no exceptions — including short-term relief staff. Anyone working on a school, campus or childcare site also holds a current Queensland Blue Card.
What insurance do you carry?
$20 million public liability, with a certificate of currency supplied with every quote and again at each renewal, plus full WorkCover Queensland cover for all employed staff. SWMS, an SDS register and chemical training records come with the same pack.
How do I know the clean is actually being done?
You get a written audit in the first month and quarterly after that, scored line by line against your scope and sent to you — including the lines we failed and what we did about them.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. There is no lock-in period and a 30-day exit, because the audit trail is what should keep the contract, not the paperwork.
Judge us on the site walk.
Thirty minutes on your floor and you'll know whether we're the same as the last three quotes.
