Maintenance programs — SEQ

One calendar. One monthly number. No surprise invoices.

A maintenance program puts every periodic cleaning task on your site — floor treatments, glass cycles, deep cleans, carpet extraction, high dusting, upholstery and duct work — onto a single twelve-month calendar, priced once and billed in equal monthly instalments. You get a budget you can forecast and a schedule your facilities team can audit.

What's included

Every periodic task, dated twelve months ahead.

The full periodic list

Strip and seal, scrub and buff, carpet extraction, grout, glass cycles, high dusting, vents, upholstery and bin-room details — dated, not 'as required'.

Even monthly cost

The annual total divided by twelve. No lumpy quarter, no unbudgeted invoice landing the week before your board meeting.

One accountable contact

A named account manager with a mobile number who owns the calendar and answers for anything missed.

Quarterly written audits

Scored line by line against your scope, with photos, sent to you — not filed internally and forgotten.

Compliance pack, kept current

Certificates of currency, SWMS, SDS register and training records refreshed automatically as they expire.

Priority response

Program clients get first call on emergency disinfection, flood and spill response, and short-notice event cleans.

How it runs

Built once a year, reviewed every quarter.

Periodic work is where cleaning budgets quietly blow out — a strip and seal here, an emergency carpet clean there, all unbudgeted. We audit the site once, decide what each surface actually needs and when, then lock it to a calendar and a single monthly figure.

01

03

Annual cost divided evenly. Approved once, forecast easily, no per-job approvals during the year.

04

Quarterly review

Audit results, frequency adjustments and next quarter's dates confirmed in writing.

Questions

Maintenance programs, answered.

Ask us anything on 1300 168 057.

What is a cleaning maintenance program?

It is a twelve-month calendar covering every periodic cleaning task on a site — floor treatments, glass cycles, deep cleans, carpet extraction, high dusting and duct or upholstery work — priced once and billed in equal monthly instalments instead of ad-hoc invoices.

Does a maintenance program cost more?

It usually costs less overall. Bundled periodic work is priced at program rates rather than call-out rates, and scheduled treatments prevent the expensive restoration jobs that follow neglect.

Can we change the schedule during the year?

Yes. Frequencies are reviewed at the quarterly audit and adjusted in writing, with the monthly figure re-based from the next invoice. Nothing changes silently.

Do we have to use you for the nightly clean too?

No, though most clients do. A maintenance program can sit alongside an in-house cleaning team and cover only the periodic and specialist work.
