Every contract runs to a written, task-by-task scope at a fixed monthly price, cleaned by insured and police-checked staff who stay on your site rather than rotating between them.

Floors, every shift
Vacuum all carpet, dust-mop and damp-mop hard floors, spot-treat spills and entry mats. Edges and under-desk zones are on the scope, not optional.
Kitchens and breakout
Benches, sinks, splashbacks, appliance fronts, microwave interiors, dishwasher run-out and bin changes. The room your staff complain about first.
Amenities and restock
Pans, basins, mirrors, chrome, partitions and floors disinfected, plus hand towel, toilet paper, soap and sanitary services restocked.
Desks and touchpoints
Hard-surface desks, reception counters, door handles, light switches, lift buttons and shared equipment wiped with a neutral or TGA-listed product.
Bins and recycling
All bins emptied, liners replaced, comingled recycling separated and taken to the building's waste point on your collection days.
Rotating periodic list
High dusting, vents, skirtings, glass partitions, blinds and under-furniture on a documented cycle so nothing quietly stops happening.

Site walk-through
Free, usually 30–45 minutes. We take measurements, photos and access notes.

Task-by-task scope with frequencies, plus insurance certificates and WHS documents.
Induction and start
Crew inducted to your building, keys and alarm protocols confirmed, first clean within five business days.
Audit and adjust
Written audit in month one, quarterly after. Scope changes are re-priced in writing, never assumed.
How often should an office be cleaned?
Offices with more than about 20 staff are usually cleaned five nights a week, because kitchens and amenities cannot hold a day. Under 20 staff, three nights a week with a weekly amenity deep clean is common and cuts roughly 30 percent off the monthly cost.
Do office cleaners work after hours?
Most contracts run between 5pm and 11pm, after staff have left. Early-morning shifts from 5am and day-porter cover during trading hours are both available where building access is restricted.
What is included in a standard office clean?
Floors, desks and hard surfaces, kitchens and breakout areas, full amenity service and restock, bins and recycling, internal glass and door touchpoints, plus a rotating periodic list for vents, skirtings and high dusting.
Can you clean multiple offices across South East Queensland?
Yes. Multi-site clients run on one contract, one schedule and one monthly invoice, with a single account manager covering Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, Moreton Bay and Toowoomba.
Do we need to supply anything?
No. Machinery, chemicals and consumables can be bundled into the monthly price, or invoiced at cost if you'd rather keep your own supplier.
