Which areas do you service?

Can you cover sites in more than one region?
Yes. Portfolios run on one contract with a separate written scope per site, one account manager and a single consolidated invoice, rather than a different contractor and invoice per building.
Do coastal sites need cleaning more often?
Glazing does. Salt spray on the Gold Coast puts external glass on a monthly cycle instead of quarterly, and bayside Redlands sites typically run six to eight weeks. The rest of the scope is usually unchanged.
Do you use local crews in Toowoomba, or drive up from Brisbane?
Toowoomba and the Darling Downs are serviced by locally based crews rather than range runs, and dust is priced into the cleaning frequency up front rather than argued about later.

Usually yes, if it sits between the regions we already run. Call 1300 168 057 with the address and we will tell you straight away whether we have a crew close enough to service it properly.
