Most clients start with a nightly contract and add periodic work — floors, glass, deep cleans — onto the same schedule. You get one point of contact and one monthly figure instead of four contractors blaming each other.
Commercial & Office Cleaning
Nightly, alternate-night or weekly contracts for tenancies, floors and whole buildings. Amenities, kitchens, bins, glass and dusting to a written scope.
Retail & Shopping Centre
Trading-hours presentation, back-of-house, loading docks and food courts. Scheduled around your busiest hours, not ours.
Construction & Builders Clean
Rough clean, sparkle clean and handover detail to PC date. Site inductions, SWMS and white cards sorted before we arrive.
Deep Cleaning & Sanitisation
Periodic resets on kitchens, amenities, high-touch surfaces and neglected plant areas. Photographed before and after.
Window Cleaning
Internal and external glazing, shopfronts, atriums and low-rise access up to three storeys with pure-water poles.
Floor Care & Restoration
Strip and seal, scrub and buff, grout restoration, carpet hot-water extraction and spot treatment on a set cycle.
Disinfection & Infection Control
TGA-listed disinfectants, electrostatic fogging and outbreak response for medical, childcare and food premises.
Maintenance Programs
Every periodic task — floors, glass, ducts, upholstery — on one annual calendar with the cost spread evenly month to month.
From first call to first clean in five working days.
Call or send the brief
Tell us the site, the trading hours and what is going wrong with the current clean. Five minutes on the phone is usually enough.
Free site walk-through
We walk the floor, measure it, count amenities and touchpoints, and note access, keys and after-hours restrictions.
Written scope and fixed price
You get a task-by-task scope, a frequency table and one monthly figure — plus insurance certificates and our WHS documents.
Induct, start, audit
Crew is inducted to your site, starts within five business days, and is audited against the scope in month one and quarterly after.
The problem is never the mopping. It's the turnover.
Sites fail when the cleaner changes every three weeks and nobody hands over the scope. We keep crews on the same site, pay above award, and audit against a checklist you can read. When something is missed, you tell one person and it is fixed that night.
Six things we do differently, and you can check every one.
Same crew, same site
Cleaners are assigned to sites, not shuffled nightly. Your building gets people who know where the keys and the problem areas are.
One contact, not a queue
A named account manager with a mobile number. Issues raised before 3pm are actioned on that night's shift.
Audited against your scope
Quarterly written audits scored line by line against the scope you signed — sent to you, not filed in our drawer.
Documented compliance
SWMS, SDS register, chemical training records and certificates of currency, supplied as a pack and kept current.
Fixed monthly pricing
No hourly creep, no surprise periodic invoices. Periodic work is costed into the annual program up front.
No lock-in stunts
Straightforward terms and a 30-day exit. We'd rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.

Still unclear? Call 1300 168 057 and ask. You'll speak to someone who has actually walked a site.
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Brisbane?
Most South East Queensland offices land between $38 and $55 per hour, or roughly $0.85 to $2.20 per square metre per month for a nightly service. Price moves with frequency, floor type, amenity count and after-hours access. We quote a fixed monthly figure against a written scope after a free site walk-through, so the number on the proposal is the number on the invoice.
Is National Cleaning Alliance insured?
Yes — $20 million public liability plus workers compensation. Certificates of currency are supplied with every quote and again at each contract renewal, so your compliance register stays current without chasing us.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Every cleaner holds a current National Police Check before their first shift, is site-inducted, and works in uniform with photo ID. Staff working on school, campus and childcare sites also hold a Queensland Blue Card.
Which areas of South East Queensland do you service?
Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, Moreton Bay and Toowoomba — including after-hours, early-morning and weekend schedules. Multi-site clients across the region run on one contract.
How quickly can a cleaning contract start?
A standard office or retail contract is usually scoped within 48 hours and started within five business days. Builders cleans and outbreak disinfection can be mobilised within 24 hours where crews are available.
Do you supply consumables and equipment?
Yes. Machinery, chemicals and consumables — hand towel, toilet paper, soap, bin liners and sanitary services — can be bundled into the monthly price or invoiced at cost. Most clients bundle, because it removes a purchase order.
